I have been suffering from pain and numbness on my right arm for months. Sometime, the pain is so intense that I can’t lift up my arm and having sleepless night. My back also aches. I went for a check up and X-ray. The doctor told me that I have spurs on my 3rd, 4th and 5th backbone (lumbar) and have no cure. He gave me some painkiller and relaxing pills.

My friend loan me a bio disc and told me to drink energized water, sleep with the bio disc and use a LED torchlight to shine anti clockwise over the pain area. I also carried the bio disc to work everyday.
